1-hour class encompassing a full-body workout that is core-focused and will effectively work your booty, thighs, arms, & flatten your abs by using the ballet barre as the main prop to reinforce ideal positioning of the exercises, while performing small, concentrated movements. (Hot Bootie BARRE class is held outside on our lovely deck overlooking the water)
