Group classes provide workouts that are structured but flexible enough to be adapted to individual needs. They are known to boost motivation and accountability, and are a great way to make fitness-minded friends.

Our expert instructors provide all kinds of workouts, including strength training, circuit training, cardio training, HIIT, flexibility, weight loss, and more.

To provide a greater variety of our most popular classes, we have dedicated Yoga, Spinning, and Group Fitness studios. Some of our most popular classes also include HIIT, Tabata and our signature Outdoor Cross training (OTX) total body blaster.
