A total body workout that incorporates standing and mat floor exercises.The class incorporates light weight with small isometric movements as well as full range movements. Class may use and not limited to bands, tubing, and gliders. T & T also incorporates body weight exercise that improve flexibility, balance, and core strength. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
