– timed, weighted barre moves using lightweights, bands, circle bands, bodyweight and/or Pilates balls to sculpt
toned muscles mixed in with simple dance moves to get the heart rate up. No dance experience needed. The moves are simple
and easy to follow along to and are easily modified for a beginner and a more advanced member.
