BPM Cycle Intervals*
Let’s bring the party to the bike! Inspired by Road, Mountain, and BMX biking, this is an amazing opportunity to
cross-train! BPM Cycle uses the BPMs in the music and translates them to RPMs on the bike. Upper body add ons are optional,
but will add to the full body workout experience. The goal of this class is to bring concert inspired music to riders, creating an
inclusive experience. All levels are welcome! *BPM CYCLE INTERVALS: Incorporate Weight Training!
