A total body workout that incorporates standing and mat floor exercises.The class incorporates light weight with small isometric movements as well as full range movements. Class may use and not limited to bands, tubing, and
gliders. Class will incorporate body weight exercise that improve flexibility, balance, + core strength. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
