Spinning uses high intensity interval training (HIIT) to rev your heart rate by interspersing intense workout intervals with slower rest intervals. Your reward for all that hard work is increased calorie burn during workouts; and since your heart rate remains high for hours afterward, you’ll still be burning calories even when you’re back at home watching television!
