iNLeT Fitness takes great pride in the sheer number of courses we offer to our members, with an amazing variety that includes everything from low impact to high intensity. Our Virginia Beach gym also features a dedicated Yoga Studio that is private, relaxing, and a great place to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body and mind.

Need to slow down? Our certified instructors will lead you through yoga classes that are mild, gentle and meditative. We also have yoga and Pilates options that improve core strength, flexibility, and mind/body balance.

Group exercise classes held in the Yoga Studio include Yoga Basics, Beginner, Flex Appeal for functional flexibility, Foundations of Flow, Gentle, Yin for creating space in the mind and body, and Hot Vinyasa to help flush the body of toxins.
