In order to provide the variety and sheer number of courses demanded by our members, iNLeT Fitness’s Virginia Beach gym features a dedicated yoga studio with classes taught by knowledgeable instructors.

Need to slow down? We have classes that are mild, gentle and meditative. On the other hand, those looking for a workout can choose classes that work core strength, flexibility, and mind/body balance.

Classes include Yoga Basics, Beginner, Flex Appeal for functional flexibility, Foundations of Flow, Gentle, Yin for creating space in the mind and body, and Hot Vinyasa to help flush the body of toxins.
