iNLeT Fitness is the Gym for You!
Over the past six years, I have had the opportunity to explore all of the features that InLeT Fitness has to offer. From High Intensity Interval Training, Cross-Training, and Pilates classes to creating my own workouts using the gym’s wide variety of cardio and weight-training equipment, iNLeT has helped me prepare and stay in shape for many seasons of gymnastics and field hockey. I would not have survived four collegiate field hockey preseasons without the gym’s incredible instructors and trainers. Their motivation and energy is contagious.
If I’m not taking one of the many classes offered by the gym, one of my go-to workouts includes intervals on the Jacobs Ladder, weight circuits, and climbing the rope… if I’m feeling brave, that is! My favorite area of the gym is the Tribe room; this space is perfect for functional training and utilizes part of the parking lot space if you wish to take your workout outdoors! Some of my favorite exercises to do in this area include sled pushes, battle ropes, and tire flips outside. It is the perfect area for a killer full-body workout.
