With a passion for health and fitness cultivated since the age of 15, I am a dedicated fitness professional with a bachelors of science in Health Fitness from East Carolina University. I am certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM) and a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
As an avid Cross Fitter and competitor, I understand the importance of functional fitness and its impacts on daily life. I am committed to educating clients on the multifaceted benefits of health and fitness emphasizing improved quality of life, reduced pain, and increased functional capacity, all while meeting the client where they are at in there fitness journey.
