About a month ago I decided I needed to throw a wrench into my workout routine. I’ve been doing Tribe Training for three years, three times a week, with some weight and cardio training sprinkled in-between. My body was crying for some flexibility, recovery and much needed stress reduction.

One day at iNLeT Fitness South, I grabbed a Yoga mat and walked into Fran’s Vinyasa class and boom — I found my elixir.

From that first day, I found myself able to quickly relax and follow along. My body was reaping the benefits immediately!

Fran is a fantastic motivator and instructor, and we are lucky to have her as part of our iNLeT family and team. As a novice Yogi, I was able to follow her lead and flow through the class comfortably. My calendar now includes Yoga once a week and I love it.

I highly recommend you add this to your regiment at iNLeT Fitness!
