What brought you to iNLeT Fitness?
I began working at Inlet when I was 19 years old (9 years ago)!
I worked the front desk and café for 5 years and LOVED getting to know the amazing owners, members and staff. I always have held a special place in my heart for iNLeT and feel grateful to now be an instructor.

Pink .. DUH!
What is the most recent show have you binged on Netflix?
My guilty pleasure are all shows on the BRAVO channel.

What motivates you in the gym?
That euphoric “feeling” you get after a workout or yoga class. For me, that is a reminder of hard work, discipline, and is what pushes me to continue to challenge myself daily.
What is your “go to” workout move?
When it comes to yoga, I love practicing Sun Salutations. But when it comes to working out, I honestly don’t have a “go to” move. I love trying different classes and mixing up my workout routines.
