Small Group Training at the Best Gym in Virginia Beach

As we wrap up our first season of TRIBE Team Training at iNLeT Fitness in Virginia Beach, our members are loving our new small group training program. Here is what a few have to say about their first season of TRIBE Team Training.

“There are so many good things about TribeLife™,” writes Carol, “where do I begin? I really appreciate the format.  I love learning the two or three new exercises each class, along with practicing the exercises done previously. The new exercises and the diversity of sets and time frames makes each class unique. Love that. I’m also amazed at how quickly the hour goes by. And amazed at how much I sweat – LOL!

“And I deeply appreciate the individual attention each participant receives. It’s one of the main benefits of small group training. The coaches make sure we are doing the exercises correctly – injury prevention (!) – and they are always encouraging.

“Four weeks ago I signed up for TribeLife, and I have to admit at almost 55 years old, I was a little worried as to whether it was the right work-out for me! Could I keep up with the other members of the Tribe, was I going to injure myself, or even worse embarrass myself?

“I have just completed my fourth week of Tribe and I love it. I was hooked after the first class! It is so different than anything I have ever tried.  It’s an amazing workout, a ton of fun, and the class goes by so quickly. I tend to stick with the same routine for a period of time (forever) and this was the change I needed both physically and mentally.  

“Almost immediately I began to feel and see a difference in myself. I know that sounds crazy, but literally after two classes I felt different. Tribe makes me feel confident and strong, and it really energizes me.

“After four weeks of taking the 6 a.m. class twice a week, my endurance and strength have improved, which surprised me because I work out regularly and thought I had great endurance and strength!  I used equipment and weights in my class this morning that were too heavy for me the first week of Tribe. It amazes me that in four short weeks I can see and feel the difference in where I am today vs. where I was four weeks ago.

“I have enjoyed Tribe so much that I recently gave up my membership at another facility, and I have signed up for the next six-week Tribe session, which starts the week of April 30.  

“I think the Tribe Coaches are all awesome and I look forward to working with all of them. But I want to give a shout out to my current Tribe Coach, Roberta, who has made 6 a.m. workouts so much fun! In addition, I have met nine amazing woman that are part of my Tribe that I didn’t know previously.”

With classes like TribeFIT, TribeLIFE, and TribePUNCH, iNLeT Fitness is the only gym in Virginia to offer TRIBE Team Training.


TribeFIT is a HIIT program that will help you move and perform like an athlete. With a combination of strength, power and conditioning exercises, along with mobility training to enhance athletic performance, this program helps members achieve lean and strong bodies.

TribeLIFE is a low impact program that combines full body aerobic movements, 3D functional exercises, as well as core and mobility exercises. TribeLIFE will give you renewed energy to take on more of what life has to offer.

TribePUNCH is a boxing/kickboxing program that focuses on learning new skills as well as increase power, endurance and mental toughness. You’ll work hard and you’ll see measurable results…fast!

Each group at our Virginia Beach gym consists of four to ten team members. Programs have a specific training objective with built in progressions to ensure each individual is guaranteed results!

No matter what program you choose, your TRIBE coach will focus on your specific goals.  Following these individual training plans allows you to get the results you want, safely and fast. With regular progression checks, you and your coach will know where you stand throughout your fitness journey. Your coach will help you stay focused on your goals and you will have the support from your team members, so enjoy the team dynamic and encouraging environment!
