Our weight and cardio equipment is state of the art and you’ll never have to wait in line to use the equipment you need. We have everything you need for any strength or cardio training program, including circuit training, functional training, high intensity interval training, and more. We also offer other specialized fitness equipment and a women’s only fitness studio (Red Mill location only).
For those who prefer a group setting, our class schedule has something for everyone. Classes are great to supplement any fitness program, and are great workouts in and of themselves. Our most popular classes include Yoga, Spinning, Outdoor Cross Training (OXT), HIIT, Tabata and Zumba. You can easily find a class that helps you improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and or lose weight.
